Osisko Development (ODV) has intersected up to 2,420 g/t gold over 0.5 m at its Cariboo Gold Project.

The company drilled a total of 152,000 m in 2021, including 28,000 m and 92 holes at the Lowhee Zone on Barkerville Mountain.

Additional assay highlights include:

Vein corridors have been defined from surface to a vertical depth averaging 300 m and remain open for expansion at depth and along strike. Gold grades are intimately associated with quartz vein-hosted pyrite, as well as pyritic, intensely silicified wall rock haloes in close proximity to the veins.

Sean Roosen, CEO of Osisko Development, stated,

“These exceptional results from Lowhee Zone continue to increase our confidence in this deposit and add additional exploration potential along strike to the southeast towards KL zone, where there is currently 1,300 meters of untested ground on Barkerville Mountain alone.”

Osisko Development is a premier gold development company with projects in Canada and Mexico.

Osisko Development (ODV) is up by 0.36 per cent and is currently trading at $5.52 per share as of 9:30 am ET.
