Parkit Enterprise (PKT) has agreed to acquire a class A industrial property in Ottawa for C$13.25 million.
The property is 75,000 square feet of multi-tenanted light industrial space on four acres of land.
The acquisition is consistent with Parkit’s philosophy of focusing on specific geographies.
The company will fund the acquisition with cash on hand.
The asset purchase agreement, entered into with an arm’s length vendor, should be completed on or before October 15, 2021.
