PharmaTher Holdings (CSE:PHRM) signed a collaboration with Singapore-based Craft Health Pte. Ltd. to evaluate a pharmaceutical 3D printing platform that could support the development and production of personalized peptide therapies.
The specialty pharmaceutical company explained in a media statement that the partnership will assess Craft Health’s GMP-ready CraftMake platform as part of PharmaTher’s Personaliz3D Peptides initiative, a program designed to integrate physician oversight, telemedicine, qualified pharmacies, artificial intelligence, 3D printing technology and proprietary formulations into a personalized medicine ecosystem.

Under the collaboration, the companies will focus on developing novel peptide formulations and exploring whether the CraftMake platform can reliably produce individualized peptide doses, combination products, controlled-release formulations and alternative dosage forms tailored to patient needs.
PharmaTher said it is also exploring a broader commercial relationship with Craft Health that could eventually support deployment of the technology through qualified Section 503A compounding pharmacies in the United States.
The collaboration comes as demand grows for more personalized treatment options, particularly in the peptide market, where many therapies are still offered in fixed dosages and limited delivery formats. PharmaTher believes a more integrated approach could help connect patients, prescribers, pharmacies and technology providers while improving flexibility in treatment design.
Craft Health’s technology platform combines hardware, software and proprietary formulations. Its CraftMake printer uses a semi-solid extrusion process that operates at room temperature and does not require heat or ultraviolet-light curing, an approach that may be advantageous for sensitive peptide ingredients.
According to the company, the system can manufacture tablets and dosage forms in various shapes and configurations, including multi-material and pill-in-pill designs that could enable sequential drug release or taste masking. The GMP-focused version of the platform incorporates an enclosed printing environment and dual-printhead capabilities for simultaneous printing of two materials.
The collaboration will also evaluate CraftControl, the company’s workflow and printer management software, and CraftBlends, a library of printable formulations designed for immediate, delayed, enteric, sustained-release and orally disintegrating products.
As part of the evaluation program, the companies plan to study several peptide candidates, including BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon and Semax. The work is expected to include assessments of single- and combination-peptide products, precision dosing approaches, multi-layer formulations, and a variety of delivery formats such as oral thin films, gummies and other alternative dosage forms.
PharmaTher said the partnership could help accelerate the development and validation of its personalized peptide platform by leveraging Craft Health’s established manufacturing technology rather than building a new system from scratch.
The company believes the collaboration represents a significant step toward transforming its Personaliz3D Peptides strategy into a potentially scalable commercial platform capable of supporting personalized pharmaceutical manufacturing through qualified healthcare and pharmacy partners.
PharmaTher Holdings Ltd. develops and commercializes specialty pharmaceuticals exhibiting growing adoption and permitting delivery methods to enhance patient outcomes, such as KETARX to meet unmet medical needs for anesthesia, sedation, pain, mental health and neurological indications.
