Playgon Games (TSXV:DEAL) signs licensing and distribution agreement with Pariplay

Playgon Games (DEAL) has signed a multi-jurisdictional software license and distribution agreement with Pariplay Limited.

Pariplay is a tier one global iGaming aggregator and content provider that services over 150+ operator accounts. Its innovative products include the Fusion aggregation platform. 

Under the terms of the agreement, Pariplay will add and market Playgon’s proprietary mobile-first live dealer and E-table offerings under the VegasLounge brand to its content library for availability and distribution to all of Pariplay’s global client base. The agreement is for two years with license fees based on commercial revenue sharing rates.

Playgon is a SaaS technology company which focuses on developing and licensing digital content for the growing iGaming market. It provides a multi-tenant gateway allowing online operators to offer their customers innovative iGaming software solutions.

Its current SaaS platform includes Live Dealer Casino, E-Table games and Daily Fantasy Sports. The company’s products are ideal turn-key solutions for online casinos, sportsbook operators, land-based operators, media groups, and big database companies.
