Chief Commercial Officer, Matthew Singh, commented on the launch.

Shipping has been our biggest challenge because of the high demand for our product. However, we have changed our shipping terms to be as efficient as possible by formalizing our eCommerce fulfillment process. This will allow us to continue building our brand and improving our customer’s experience. Orders will be dispatched the same day, and tracking updates will be shared with the purchaser throughout the fulfillment process. “
