Pure Extracts (CSE:PULL) and Canada House (CSE:CHV) sign supply agreement for medicinal cannabis products

Pure Extracts Technologies (PULL) and Canada House Wellness Group (CHV) have entered into a medical supply agreement.

Abba Medix Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canada House, will purchase Pure Extracts’ full line of products to sell to its established medical patient base.

Products included in the agreement include CBD, THC, and blended vape products, in addition to CBD and THC gummies.

Ben Nikolaevsky, Pure Extracts CEO, commented on the supply agreement.

“This Agreement marks our entry into the medical cannabis space which will make a significant revenue contribution starting in Q4 and ramping-up in 2022.”

Chris Churchill-Smith, Canada House CEO, also remarked on the company’s partnership with Pure Extracts.

“Pure has established itself as one of the premier brands in the country and being able to onboard quality products like this aligns squarely with CHV’s strategy of offering the highest quality medical cannabis products to our registered patients, particularly the Veteran community,” he said.

Canada House’s subsidiary Abba Medix is a licensed producer in Pickering, Ontario that produces high-quality medical-grade cannabis.

“Abba’s extensive military and medical customer base,” added Mr. Nikolaevsky, “along with their popular online portal allows us to quickly and efficiently get our outstanding line of full spectrum oil (FSO) CBD and THC vape products and our blister-packaged gummy products, including our ultra-high potency 100 mg CBD chews, to their patients across Canada.”

Canada House Wellness Group is an integrated medical cannabis company providing patient-specific cannabinoid therapy products and services through its clinics and licensed producer.

Pure Extracts Technologies is a plant-based extraction company. The company specializes in the processing of cannabis, hemp, and functional mushrooms to produce oils and various derivative products.

Shares in Pure Extracts Technologies Corp. (PULL) are steady, trading at $0.26 per share as of 9:38 am ET.
