PureK Holdings (TSXV:PKAN) announces brand partnership with Chemesis International (CSE:CSI)

PureK Holdings (PKAN) has entered into a brand partnership with cannabis and CBD retailer Chemesis International (CSI).

The deal also includes the company’s majority-owned CBD subsidiary, PureKana.

Under the partnership, PureKana’s CBD products will be available at hundreds of Chemesis kiosks in high-traffic areas throughout the United States.

PureKana’s range of products includes flavoured pure hemp-derived CBD oils, sleep aids, immunity boosts, vegan CBD-infused gummies, soothing CBD-infused topical creams and CBD capsules.

Chemesis’ kiosks run on its AI-powered VICKI Intelligent Self-Checkout platform, which features proprietary technology enabling age verification, loss prevention, product education and a virtual assistant.

Chemesis (CSI) is down 4.4 per cent and is currently trading at $0.87 per share as of 11:09 am ET.

PureK Holdings (PKAN) is down 0.67 per cent and is currently trading at $5.96 per share as of 9:35 am ET.
