Red Pine Exploration (RPX) announced a private placement for gross proceeds of C$6,300,000.
The company signed an agreement with Haywood Securities as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters including 3L Capital Inc.
The offering comes in several tranches and consists of:
- Any combination of units of the company at $0.20 per unit
- Tranche 1 flow-through units of the company at a price of $0.235 per Tranche 1 FT unit
- Tranche 2 flow-through units of the company at a price of $0.285 per Tranche 2 FT unit
Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of the company.
Net proceeds will be used to fund exploration at the company’s Wawa Gold Project and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering is scheduled to close on or about April 25, 2023.
