The CEO and founder of Loop Insights (MTRX), Rob Anson, has joined  Draganfly’s (DFLY) board of advisors.

Draganfly is an award-winning, manufacturer and systems developer serving a number of sectors. 

Rob Anson founded Loop Insights, a Vancouver-based Internet of Things technology company that delivers transformative artificial intelligence automated marketing, contact tracing, and contactless solutions to the brick and mortar space.

Additionally, Anson is the founder and CEO of Fobisuite Technologies Inc. and is also on the board of Fobi Pay Technologies, Inc. Anson previously occupied the position of CEO at One Team Media.

Draganfly CEO Cameron Chell said the company is honoured to have Anson join its board of advisors.

“Rob brings an incredible understanding and industry experience with the work he has done through Loop Insights,” he added.

The two companies recently partnered to combine their technologies into Loop’s Venue Bubble solution. Draganfly’s Vital Intelligence AI technology will be integrated with Loop Insight’s successful Venue Bubble solution to detect potential COVID-19 symptoms in live environments.

Anson said he’s looking forward to working with the Draganfly team to expand its solutions across various industries.

“I believe Draganfly is set to deliver the next evolution of automated healthcare and safety solutions much like we recently announced with our integrated solution for our Venue Bubble Platform which will create an instant and powerful application for tourism, hospitality and the film industry,” he added.

Draganfly recently added a number of leaders to its team including Julie Myers Wood, the CEO of Guidepost Solutions and former Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security earlier this year.

Draganfly is up 3.13 per cent and is trading at 66 cents per share at 9:54am EST.
