Signature (SGU) has drilled up to 18.5 g/t gold over 1 m at its Lingman Lake Project in Ontario.

The result stems from the recently started 10,000 m diamond drill program on the property. The five drill holes reported have successfully expanded known mineralized zones both up dip and to depth on the eastern portion of the deposit east of the diabase dyke.

The program up to and including LM21-30 is testing grade and continuity of plunging mineralized high-grade shoots and overall mineralization in the North, South and Central zones.

Latest assays from the Lingman Lake Gold Project

Walter Hanych, Signature’s Head Geologist, stated,

“We are pleased with these drill results as they test and extend the mineralized zones east of the diabase dyke to depth that is approaching 250 m vertical. High-grade gold values in plunging shoots continue to be intersected along notable widths characterized by alteration zones of intense silicification, local brecciation and shearing.

Additional assays from completed diamond drilling are expected shortly. It is important to highlight that the induced polarization data is being interpreted and show several new target areas east, south and north of the known zones.”

Signature Resources’ flagship Lingman Lake Property hosts a historical estimate of 234,684 oz. of gold.

Signature (SGU) is up by 7.69 per cent and is currently trading at $0.07 per share as of 9:55 am EST.
