Sirios’ (SOI) new drill results confirm the continuity of gold mineralization at its Cheechoo Property in Quebec.

Results include assays from eight diamond drill holes totalling 2,025 m from the September 2021 drilling program. The most significant results are listed below:

The company tested for continuity in the central portion of the project’s conceptual pit shell.

The results will inform Cheechoo’s next mineral resource estimate to be completed by the end of the year.

The project’s October 2020 resource estimate details an inferred resource of 2M ounces of gold contained in 93M tons of rock averaging 0.65 g/t gold.

Results are pending from 14 drill holes.

“Once again, I am very pleased with the results of this new round of drilling, which confirms our interpretation and assessment of the potential of the Cheechoo Gold Deposit. We continue to move forward towards our goal of developing a new mineral resource estimate followed by a PEA,” stated Dominique Doucet, Sirios’ CEO.

Sirios Resources is a pioneer in the discovery of significant gold deposits in the James Bay region of Quebec.

Sirios (SOI) is up by 7.69 per cent trading at $0.07 per share as of 11:21 am EST.
