Siyata Mobile (TSXV:SIM) has received two purchase orders worth approximately C$625,000 for its in-vehicle communication devices.

The purchase orders came from a leading distributor which services Tier 1 cellular operators in the United States of America. In addition to the UV350’s, the buyer also ordered additional accessories which will accompany the devices.

Siyata Mobile’s Uniden UV350 is the first 4G/LTE all-in-one vehicle fleet communication device. The company specifically designed it for commercial fleet dispatches, and professional drivers of commercial vehicles, such as first responders.

The UV350 design minimises excessive clutter in commercial vehicles by combining the functions of multiple devices into one. Its carrier-grade network allows drivers to access nationwide communication with each other at the push of a button.

The device has a push-to-talk over cellular function, Android data applications, in-vehicle installation, and 4G LTE high-speed data. The in-vehicle installation ensures that the UV350 device is always powered by the vehicle’s battery.

It also has a dedicated microphone and speaker for clear sound quality, and extended cellular and GPS coverage. In addition, the Uniden UV350 comes with a 5.5 inch widespread LED display, for easy monitoring.

Siyata Mobile’s CEO, Marc Seelenfreund, welcomed the two purchase orders.

“Growing our sales in the US remains the primary focus for Siyata this year. We are very pleased to announce this purchase order coming from a leading distributor working with major cellular carriers,” he said.

Siyata Mobile (SIM) is down 4.55 per cent and is trading at 10 cents per share, as of 1:25pm EDT.
