Slam Exploration (SXL) announces the completion of 10 drill holes at its Menneval Project in New Brunswick.

The project site contains 719 metres of drill holes. The first four holes have reported visible gold.

All 10 holes intersect with quartz veins, which have tested with up to 3,955 grams of gold per tonne as of Dec. 2020. Logging and sampling in the area are continuing as drilling occurs.

To date, 102 samples from holes have been submitted for lab testing. The project’s drill is currently set up on their No. 2 vein where it’s testing 353 grams of gold per tonne.

The Menneval gold project is SLAM’s flagship project. They intend to focus on testing the strike and depth extent of the swarm of new gold veins discovered.

Slam Exploration is down 10 per cent today and is at C$0.09 per share as of 2:37 p.m. ET.
