Stem Holdings (STEM) and The Tinley Beverage Company (TNY) to provide fast home delivery of cannabis-infused beverages in California.

Stem’s licensed, proprietary home delivery technology, Budee, will be integrated with Tinley’s website. The delivery network can reach 92 per cent of California’s population for delivery within two hours.

This technology now allows consumers to select Tinley’s beverages on the company’s website for delivery by Budee.

Sven Stalley, general manager of Tinley’s California, commented on the integration.

“Cannabis beverage consumers are often new or casual cannabis users that may not frequently visit dispensaries,” he said. “They purchase for home delivery across more consumer categories than ever before, so this collaboration can help bridge the gap for new and mainstream alcohol consumers to build cannabis-beverage consumption into their personal and social use occasions.”

The companies plan to collaborate further to create a variety of beverage-specific online portals that enable outreach and engagement with canna-curious consumers, who can be averse to smoking, and may not frequent dispensaries.

Cannabis-infused drinks offer a natural avenue for this largely untapped consumer base.

Adam Berk, CEO of Stem Holdings, remarked,

“Tinley’s growing lineup of Tinley’s and third-party beverages expands Stem’s access to a growing portfolio of high-quality drinks, as well as opportunities for working with these brands on collaborative, drink-specific marketing.”

The Tinley Beverage Company is based in Canada and manufactures a line of liquor-inspired, non-alcoholic, cannabis-infused beverages for use in California.

Stem Holdings is a leading omnichannel, vertically integrated cannabis product and technology company.

The Tinley Beverage Company (TNY) is steady, opening trading at $0.415 per share.

Stem Holdings (STEM) opened trading at $0.50 per share.
