SureNano Science (SURE) has signed a licensing agreement with 1150641 to distribute products developed by 1150641 in Oklahoma.
SureNano Science will pay 1150641 BC. Ltd. $10,000 and a quarterly royalty of 20 per cent on all net sales.
The initial agreement includes a 10-year renewal option.
SureNano plans to find a licensed producer in Oklahoma to become a bulk supplier of nanoemulsions and further showcase the benefits of SureNano surfactant.
