No change has been made to it’s ticker symbol as a result of this name change, and TAAT’s common shares will continue to trade under the ticker “TAAT” on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
The CUSIP number assigned to the TAAT’s shares following the name change to the Updated Name is 87320M101 (ISIN: CA87320M1014).
No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to today’s name change.
Outstanding share and warrant certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged.
In other news for TAAT, following consultations with advisors, legal counsel, and the TAAT’s Board of Directors, TAAT™ has submitted an initial application to Nasdaq, Inc. for its common shares to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
In a press release dated December 22, 2020, TAAT announced that after it became a “post-revenue” company it had been added to two indices of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
This included the CSE Composite Index as well as its subset CSE25™ Index, representing the top 25 companies of the CSE Composite Index® by market capitalization.
