Thesis Gold (TAU) has started an exploration program at its flagship Ranch Gold-Copper Project in British Columbia.

The company is finalizing the project’s camp upgrades to support exploration work that will include up to 50,000 metres of core drilling and accommodate an increase of four drill rigs

“Our group has evaluated all datasets collected last year and the technical team has developed many prospective targets that will be drill-tested in the coming months… we look forward to communicating our progress as the program advances and sharing results as they become available,” Ewan Webster, President and CEO of Thesis Gold, said.

The program will expand drilling from the 2021 discovery zones at Thesis II and III, Bingo, and JK areas. It will also extend other known areas of mineralization at the Bonanza and Ridge sections. Detailed surveys, sampling, and mapping initiatives will take place as well to help as a guide for this year’s drilling campaign.

In other news, Thesis Gold has just received shareholder approval for its updated stock option plan and the restricted share unit plan.

The company renewed its 10 per cent rolling stock option plan so that it can grant roughly 3.35 million common shares and considered an update to its restricted share unit plan with the new TSXV policies so that it could issue another 3.35 million common shares.

Thesis Gold Inc. (TAU) is up 3.82 per cent trading at $1.90 per share as of 3:08 p.m. ET.
