Troilus Gold Corp (TLG) has completed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $5,157,250.

The company issued 10,525,000 common shares at a price of C$0.49 per share.

Net proceeds of the placement will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Troilus Gold Corp. is a Canadian-based junior mining company focused on the advancement and de-risking of the former gold and copper Troilus Mine towards production.

Troilus Gold Corp. (TLG) is up 2.44 per cent on the day, trading at C$0.42 per share at 11:45 am ET.
