Vior (VIO) is acquiring a large parcel of land adjacent to its existing Skyfall Project.
The Quebec-based hybrid junior mining exploration company is purchasing 83 claims covering approximately 4,682 hectares.
The Skyfall Project is located near Lebel-sur-Quévillon, Quebec.
The all-stock deal with Osisko Mining is worth $11,785.
Certain claims associated with the agreement are subject to a 1 percent Net Smelter Return royalty. The NSR is related to a previous transaction with Osisko Gold Royalties.
Vior continues to develop its corporate strategy of generating, exploring and developing high-quality projects in proven and favourable mining jurisdictions in North America.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval by the TSX Venture Exchange .
