VitalHub (VHI) subsidiary, Transforming Systems, signed a multi-year licensing contract with Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board in England.

The contract provides Coventry and Warwickshire ICB access to Transforming System’s SHREWD Platform and SHREWD Resilience offerings.

Coventry and Warwickshire ICB serves a population in excess of 935,000 people and spans multiple care organizations. This new customer contract provides Coventry and Warwickshire ICB support through a System Control Centre across their care network. It will provide better visibility and oversight of capacity, pressure, and performance in real-time to support urgent care performance.

The platforms provide ICB with many benefits, such as having a single version of the truth. It allows all associated care organizations to access real-time information surrounding all providers in the system simultaneously.

It will reduce inconsistency and variation, improve resource deployment, utilize available capacity to meet demand at times of pressure and will reduce inefficient administration. The platform will also allow faster deployment of resources and reduce workload imbalances and overall system pressures, among several others.

The SHREWD Platform provides an operational data layer that is a single source of the truth in real-time. It allows the SHREWD modules to provide intelligent insights and managers and key decision-makers to take the right action at the right time.

SHREWD Resilience enables the whole health and social care system within a defined area to access real-time data. Resilience displays data in a way that is simple to understand and visually identifies areas of pressure quickly.

VitalHub develops technologies for Health and Human Services providers to simplify the user experience and optimize outcomes.

Vitalhub Corp. (VHI) is up 1.48 per cent, trading at C$2.395 per share at 12:46 pm ET.
