Westhaven (WHN) has drilled up to 45.23 g/t gold and 195.64 g/t silver at its Shovelnose Property.

The results stem from the ongoing drill campaign on the property, which is located within the Spences Bridge Gold Belt south of Merritt, B.C.

Recent drilling highlights from the Alpine Zone:

SNR21-55 is part of 17 in-fill holes in the northwestern part of the in-pit resource yet to be incorporated into the current resource estimate of 1.1M ounces gold equivalent.

The company is planning additional step-outs to further explore the high-grade intersection in hole SNR21-55.

“Hole SNR21-55 is a completely new high-grade gold discovery within Vein Zone 2 at the Alpine Zone. This hole is approximately 500 m from previous high-grade intercepts within Vein Zone 2 at the South Zone. This is very exciting as it remains open to the northwest and gives us a whole new area to focus on,” stated Gareth Thomas, Westhaven’s President and CEO.

Westhaven is a gold-focused exploration company active in B.C.

Westhaven (WHN) is up by 9.3 per cent trading at $0.47 per share as of 10:10 am EST.
