X-Terra (XTT) has completed its trenching program at its Grog and Northwest properties in New Brunswick.

It completed 46 trenches, collecting over 420 rock samples over 1.65 km covering seven targets based on a 2018-2019 till sampling program.

The team identified new quartz and quartz-carbonate vein networks in 22 of 46 trenches associated with shear zones and faults located close to fold hinges.

A soil survey (B horizon) covered additional targets on the property, including the Grog epithermal system, collecting 977 samples, plus 53 blanks and 53 duplicates, for a total of 1,082.

The company expects results from Actlabs in Sainte-Germaine-Boulé in four to six weeks, which it will analyze toward a potential winter drill program.

Northwest system

The Northwest property is known to host isolated high-grade gold-bearing quartz veins previously identified and sampled.

A 2019 regional till survey revealed arsenic-antimony anomalies with local gold enrichment correlated with known north-south regional faults related to the fault system.

CEO Michael Ferreira spoke with Caroline Egan about the details behind the program.

X-Terra is a resource company focused on acquiring and exploring precious metals properties in Canada.

X-Terra (XTT) is unchanged trading at $0.04 per share as of 1:42 pm ET.
