Revenue came in at C$863,431, up from C$666,643 YoY, delivering net income of C$4,174, reversing a net loss of C$47,009 YoY.
General and administrative expenses were C$336,499, up from C$221,763 YoY, reflecting higher professional fees tied to audit, accounting and legal services. These costs were offset by C$61,059 in debt forgiveness, following the resolution of numerous historical obligations.

The company stepped away from a potential deal to acquire full control of the Yuk Yuk’s brand following the passing of its founder, Garry Yuill.
Leadership commentary
“We are pleased with the progress reflected in our first-half results, particularly the growth in revenue and improvement in our overall financial performance,” Eric Y. Lapointe, Chief Executive Officer of Icarus Capital, said in Friday’s news release.
“Our growth strategy has focused on expanding our programming in a measured way while making greater use of the infrastructure and relationships we already have in place,” added Arjun Rudra, Chief Financial Officer. “During the first half of 2026, we continued to add new shows and enter additional markets while remaining focused on the economics of each opportunity. We believe this disciplined approach is beginning to be reflected in our operating results.”
