Quisitive (QUIS) has closed C$62.6 million in financing to aid in its proposed acquisition of BankCard USA Merchant Services.

BankCard USA is an established all-in-one merchant payment services provider.

The company completed a bought deal public offering of 38,410,000 subscription receipts at $1.50 per receipt for gross proceeds of $57.6 million.

The company also made a concurrent private placement with FAX Capital (FXC) of 3,333,333 subscription receipts at the offering price for gross proceeds of $5 million.

The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Scotiabank, Eight Capital, Canaccord Genuity and Desjardins Securities.

Quisitive is a Microsoft solutions provider that helps enterprises move, operate and innovate using Microsoft cloud services.

Quisitive (QUIS) is up 0.65 per cent and is currently trading at $1.54 per share as of 11:30 am ET.
