DLP Resources (DLP) has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,200,000 flow-through common shares.

FT shares will be offered at a price of C$0.25 for gross proceeds of C$300,000.

A finder’s fee will be paid to certain eligible finders in the form of a cash commission of 7.0% of the gross proceeds.

Proceeds will be used to continue drilling on the DD Project under option from PJX Resources Inc.

The private placement will be made available to accredited investors and friends, family and business associates.
