Oculus VisionTech (OVT) has announced the upcoming launch of ComplyScan, a cloud-backup compliance reporting product.

ComplyScan’s automated alerts help CloudOps managers quickly respond to identified problem areas to prevent and mitigate data compliance, data privacy and ransomware issues. 

Users enjoy global visibility across the entire cloud backup/restore footprint simplifying RPO/RTO/Vault compliance whether scheduled or on demand.

The product’s monitoring and reporting of cross-account backup and restore workloads cover AWS Aurora, DDB, EC2/EBS, EFS, RDS and Storage Gateway services.

The product’s software stack employs AWS Backup API, DynamoDB, Kibana, AWS Lambda, QuickSight, S3, and SNS, along with Kibana and Slack connectors.

ComplyScan will be available in a few weeks through the ComplyTrust brand after preliminary stress testing.
