Wilton Resources Inc. (WIL) has closed its non-brokered private placement.

The company offered units priced at $0.35, which was oversubscribed for total aggregate gross proceeds of $427,501.20.

Each unit includes one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share at a price of C$0.40 for a period of 24 months.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and as a reserve to pursue the acquisition of an international oil and gas property.

No commission, finder’s fee or similar payment was paid in connection with the offering.

The common shares and warrants issued in connection with the offering are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day.

The TSX Venture Exchange provided final acceptance of the Offering on July 13, 2021.
