Talisker Resources has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of New Carolin Gold (LAD).

New Carolin is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Talisker.

Under the terms of the arrangement, former New Carolin shareholders received 0.3196 of a common share of Talisker for each share of New Carolin. In addition, options and warrants became exercisable for common shares of Talisker.

New Carolin’s common shares will be de-listed from the TSXV as of the close of business on September 16, 2021. 

New Carolin Gold is a Canadian-based junior company focused on the exploration, evaluation and development of its Ladner Gold Project near Hope BC, consisting of 144 square kilometres of contiguous mineral claims and crown grants.

New Carolin Gold Corp. (LAD) is currently trading at C$0.085 per share.
