Rocky Mountain Liquor (RUM) has sold 1,207,500 shares to Byrne Alberta Ltd at $0.18 per share for total proceeds of $22,950.

Bryne Alberta Ltd is 100 per cent owned by Peter and Joan Byrne.

Prior to this purchase, they had owned approximately 19.9 per cent of Rocky Mountain Liquor. After the purchase, Peter and Joan Byrne along with Newfoundland and Labrador Ltd own 10,638,790 shares (22.4 per cent).

Rocky Mountain Liquor Inc, based in Edmonton, operates 26 private liquor stores in the province of Alberta.

Rocky Mountain Liquor Ltd is up by 5.56 per cent today, trading at C$0.19 per share at 12:30 p.m. ET.
