NevGold (NAU) is reporting positive progress as drilling continues at its Limousine Butte Gold Project.

The Calgary-based mineral resource company is currently working on its inaugural 10,000-metre drilling program.

Samples from the initial drilling have been sent to a laboratory for results.

The company also announced its Notice of Intent for the Cadillac Valley deposit has been approved by the Bureau of Land Management.

Drilling will start immediately.

Cadillac Valley is an important near-term resource expansion target, and the company is pleased to fast-track the drilling program.

NevGold is down 3.64 per cent, trading at $0.53 at 9:30 am ET.
