Affinor Growers (AFI) has signed a non-exclusive agreement with Berrymobile Fruit Distribution Inc. for the distribution of Affinor’s strawberries.

Affinor CEO Nick Brusatore sat down with Shoran Devi to discuss the agreement.

Berrymobile is a Vancouver-based distribution company that promotes fruit farmers in British Columbia. Berrymobile partners with retailers across major grocery banners in the Lower Mainland.

Affinor’s vertical farming showcase located in Abbotsford, BC is now completely operational.

The company expects to launch its vine-ripened cultivar strawberries from Holland in selected stores in Greater Vancouver, BC. The premium, sustainable, greenhouse and soil-grown strawberries will be marketed in new compostable packaging under the Affinor’s own “Eco-spirit®” branding.

Affinor Growers is a farming technology company that acquires, patents, and commercializes agriculture technologies.

The company produces strawberries and other crops, such as romaine lettuce and herbs, using vertical farming technology.

Shares in Affinor Growers Inc. (AFI) opened trading at C$0.03 per share.
