Metallica Metals (MM) is now trading on the Over The Counter Venture Market.

The Vancouver-based mineral exploration company’s common shares are now available on the OTCQB under the ticker symbol MTALF.

The company’s common shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the existing MM symbol and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol SY7P.

Shares began trading on the exchange on February 17.

The company also recently received Depository Trust Company (DTC) eligibility.

Metallica believes the moves both increase the company’s liquidity and accessibility to U.S. investors.

The OTCQB is recognized by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as an established public market providing public information for analysis and value of securities.

The junior exploration company remains focused on acquiring and exploring gold-silver and platinum group metal properties across Canada.

Metallica Metals is unchanged, trading at $0.10 at 10:30 a.m. EST.
