Blackrock Silver Corp. (BRC) has announced a non-brokered private placement with Eric Sprott as the sole investor.

The offering consists of 5,681,819 common shares priced at $0.88 per share for gross proceeds of $5,000,000.72.

The offering is scheduled to close on or about March 3, 2022, and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The shares issued under the offering will have a hold period of four months and one day from the date of closing.

The net proceeds will be used for the exploration of the company’s portfolio of gold and silver projects in Nevada, and for general working capital.

Blackrock has agreed to issue 227,272 shares as a finders’ fee to Research Capital Corporation. 

Blackrock is a junior gold-focused exploration company focused on its Nevada portfolio of properties.
