Blackrock Silver Corp. (BRC) has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of C$5,000,000.72.

2176423 Ontario Ltd., a company beneficially owned by Eric Sprott, was the sole investor.

The offering consisted of a total of 5,681,819 common shares priced at $0.88 per share. 

The net proceeds will be used for the exploration of the company’s portfolio of gold and silver projects in Nevada, and for general working capital.

Blackrock has agreed to issue 227,272 shares as a finder’s fee to Research Capital Corporation. 

Blackrock is a junior gold-focused exploration company focused on its Nevada portfolio of properties.

Blackrock Silver Corp. (BRC) opened trading at C$0.96 per share.
