Enerev5 (ENEV) has announced a brokered private placement of up to C$500,000.

Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.

Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share for $0.10 for two years from the date of issue.

Enerev5 completed the first tranche through the issue and sale of 3M units priced at $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of $150,000.

A shareholder with greater than 10 per cent ownership in Enerev5 acquired all 3M units.

The company will use the proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
