Scottie Resources Corp. (SCOT) has announced a private placement of FT shares and common shares for total gross proceeds of $6 million.

The company will issue 16,670,000 flow-through shares at a price of $0.30 per share and 4,762,000 common shares at a price of $0.21 per share.

Cormark Securities Inc. will act as the lead agent, on behalf of a syndicate of agents.

The agents will have an over-allotment option to offer for sale up to an additional 3,200,000 FT or common shares.

The net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on or about April 20, 2022, and is subject to certain conditions including the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.

Scottie Resources is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of gold and silver properties in B.C.’s Golden Triangle.

Scottie Resources (SCOT) is down 2.17 per cent, trading at C$0.225 per share at 2 pm ET.
