Xigem Technologies (XIGM) has announced a non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000.

The company will issue up to 30,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.20 for 18 months following the closing of the offering.

The shares and warrants will be subject to a four-month hold period.

Xigem intends to use the net proceeds to advance its business plan and for general working capital purposes.

Xigem Technologies is a SaaS technology platform, with software capable of improving the capacity, productivity, and overall remote operations for businesses, consumers, and other organizations.

Xigem Technologies Corporation (XIGM) is unchanged, trading at C$0.09 per share at 12:45 pm ET.
