The world’s leading club store chain has increased its Blender Bites (BITE) order by 40 per cent.

The company will now supply 70,000 units of its Power Berry and Green D-tox variety pack to club stores in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime provinces. This represents 840,000 smoothie pucks.

The club chain increased its purchase due to the product’s growing popularity, which, in the company’s view, reflects an anticipated increase in consumer demand.

“It’s extremely exciting to see our new variety pack SKU of Power Berry and Green D-tox flavours being refilled at eastern regional club store shelves,” stated Chelsie Hodge, Blender Bites’ Founder and CEO. “We are incredibly thrilled with the reordering, since it indicates satisfaction from both the world’s leading club chain and its enormous costumer base.”

Blender Bites is a Canadian company offering organic, plant-based, frozen smoothies in over 900 stores across Canada and the U.S., including Sobeys, Safeway, Save on Foods, Whole Foods Market, Buy-Low/Nesters, IGA and Fresh Street.

Blender Bites (BITE) closed down by 7.95 per cent trading at $0.81 per share.
