Bombardier Inc. (TSX: BBDForum) announced this week that it had increased maintenance and repair capacity at its Le Bourget Line Station.

The expanded station, located at Le Bourget Airport near Paris, furthers the company’s goal of bringing best-in-class OEM service, parts, and expertise closer to its customers.

Sernova Corp. (TSX-V: SVAForum) announced a partnership with Evotec SE to develop a cell therapy treatment for diabetic insulin users.

Evotec has offered an exclusive license to Sernova for the use of its Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (iPSC)-based beta cells to treat patients with diabetes. 

The two companies plan on combining their technologies and expertise to develop an implantable iPSC-based beta cell replacement therapy.
