Terra Firma Capital (TII) has appointed Tristan Kingcott to its Board of Directors.

Kingcott will also join the company’s Investment Committee.

Kingcott is the Director & General Manager of ICM CA Research Limited. He is responsible for originating and overseeing ICM’s Canadian investments. ICM, through one of its affiliates, is a substantial shareholder of the company.

Kingcott has more than 10 years of experience in private equity, investment management and business development. He is a CFA and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
