Tinley’s (TNY) has added three clients to its Long Beach facility and announced a pair of updates.

Subsidiary Lakewood Libations will manufacture infused beverages for Drippy, Syreness and Vibe at the California facility beginning in Q3 2022.

Drippy

Drippy is a nano-emulsified THC and CBN-infused natural soda with reduced sugar and no added chemical preservatives.

Syreness

Syreness is a female-owned cannabis brand created by Angie Stevenson. Its microdosed beverages are all-natural and infused with artisanal blends of herbs and terpenes.

Vibe

Created by entrepreneur Thomas Hodges, Vibe is a low-dosed, low-calorie and lightly fruit-flavoured beverage with no alcohol-like hangover.

“The Tinley’s/Lakewood team has been working with these three entrepreneurial brands for the past several months on their paths to production,” said Ted Zittell, Director. “Each of these companies share our commitment to unstinting quality and taste as they address new cannabis beverage consumers.”

Debt settlement

Tinley’s has entered into a US$100,000 debt settlement agreement with Anthony Yanow. The settlement pertains to his capital markets advisory fee in connection with the company’s closing of its up to $3.5M principal amount 12-per-cent grid note issued to Blaze Holdings.

The company will issue 1,216,857 common shares, which will become freely tradable in equal installments over a 24-month period.

Parting ways with Todd Chrisley

The company has terminated its previously announced brand ambassador and advisory agreement with Todd Chrisley.

The Tinley Beverage Company offers cannabis-infused beverages in the U.S. with imminent expansion into Canada.

Tinley’s (TNY) is unchanged trading at $0.105 per share as of 10:02 am EST.
