Dynacor Group (DNG) has changed its name to Groupe Dynacor / Dynacor Group.

The name change reflects the re-branding of the corporation as an industrial gold ore processor.

The company also welcomes Philippe Chave, Roger Demers, Réjean Gourde, Pierre Lépine, Jean Martineau, Isabel Rocha, Rocio Rodriguez-Perrot to the board of directors.

The company has also elected Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as auditor of the company.

Fully 99.71 per cent of the shareholders voted in favour of the company’s name change from Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. to “Groupe Dynacor inc. / Dynacor Group Inc.

Dynacor is a Montreal-based industrial gold ore processor engaged in gold production through the processing of ore purchased from the ASM (artisanal and small-scale mining) industry. At present, Dynacor operates in Peru.

Dynacor Group Inc. (formerly Dynacor Gold Mines Inc.) opened trading at C$3.15.
