Mobi724 Global Solutions (MOS) has announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $750,000.

The offering consists of up to 30,000,000 units at $0.025 per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of five years for $0.05 per warrant share.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital.
