The Good Flour’s (GFCO) gluten-free pizza crust will be available nationwide at Panago Pizza starting this September.

Panago has over 200 locations across five provinces and territories. GFCO’s pizza crusts will be available as Panago’s Organic Gluten-smart Crust for its customers who are watching their gluten intake.

“This is a major milestone for The Good Flour Corp. in obtaining the national distribution of its gluten-free pizza crust,” stated Matthew Clayton, CEO of GFCO.

“GFCO has developed an excellent product that tastes great and is healthier for you. Panago Pizza is an ideal partner to take this pizza crust across Canada as they have the same commitment as GFCO to high-quality ingredients and healthier choices,” concluded Clayton.

GFCO’s mission is to provide a gluten-free, allergen-free, hassle-free all-purpose baking flour blend for individuals with gluten and other food allergies.

The company hopes, in a way, to be inclusive of all food intolerances, so everyone can enjoy life without giving up their favourite foods.

The Good Flour’s (GFCO) is up over 15 per cent, trading at C$0.38 at 10:28 am EST.
