Pan Global Resources (PGZ) has appointed Andrew Marshall as Chief Financial Officer.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 11 years of finance and CFO experience in the mining sector.

Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at First Mining Gold Corp. and assisted in building the company’s gold project portfolio during its initial period of growth in 2015 when it acquired eight companies in just over one year.

Prior to this, he held finance roles at two Vancouver based TSX / NYSE MKT-listed silver mining companies with operations in Mexico and Canada and started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in London. He has also been granted 750,000 stock options and 200,000 restricted share units in PGZ.

He takes the role effective August 16, 2022 and replaces Christina Cepeliauskas who will remain as a consultant with the company.

Pan Global’s President and CEO, Tim Moody explained that his background in finance, mining, and project development will be a great fit as the company continues expanding the La Romana copper discovery and explore new targets at the Escacena project in southern Spain.

Pan Global Resources Inc. is actively engaged in base and precious metal exploration in southern Spain and is pursuing opportunities from exploration through to mine development.
