Common shares of Beyond Minerals (BY) have been approved for listing on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol BYDMF.

The company’s common shares will continue to trade on the CSE under the symbol BY.

The OTCQB is the premier marketplace for entrepreneurial and development stage U.S. and international companies. To be eligible, companies must be current in their financial reporting, pass a minimum bid price test, and undergo an annual company verification and management certification process.

The company’s common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement in the United States through the Depository Trust Company (DTC).

DTC eligibility simplifies the settlement of trades for U.S investors and brokers, enabling the stock to be traded over a wider range of brokerage firms.

DTC eligibility, in tandem with the OTCQB upgrade, will provide greater visibility and convenience of trading for U.S. investors.
