Infinity Stone Ventures Corp. (GEMS) has announced a new ticker symbol for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States.

From September 23, 2022, the common shares of the company will commence trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the ticker symbol TLOOF. The company has applied to FINRA for a symbol change, with the application citing GEMSF as the preferred choice.

In addition, the company’s Class A Subordinate Voting shares are eligible for book-entry and depository services at the Depository Trust Company (DTC), which will facilitate electronic clearing and settlement of transfers in the United States.

The company will continue trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol GEMS.

“We are pleased to commence trading on the OTCQB,” said Zayn Kalyan, Infinity Stone’s CEO & Director.

“This listing, together with DTC eligibility, should help expand our Company’s exposure to U.S. based investors and enhance trading liquidity for our U.S. based shareholders,” he added.
