TD Bank (TD) announced that its refreshed TD Rewards credit cards portfolio is now available.

The updated suite offers accelerated earning on popular spending categories like groceries, restaurants and travel. It includes enhanced insurance coverages and flexible redemption options beyond travel rewards. Current TD Rewards cardholders will automatically get access to the updated card benefits and perks.

Meg McKee, Senior Vice-President Canadian Cards, Payments, Loyalty and Personal Lending of TD Bank Group, commented on the news.

Refreshed TD Rewards lineup highlights:

TD First Class Travel Infinite Visa

  • New accelerated earn rates on high-use spend categories
  • New perks, such as an annual TD Rewards Birthday Bonus and a $100 annual TD Travel Credit
  • Enhanced insurance, including new Mobile Device Insurance

TD Platinum Travel Visa

  • New and increased accelerated earn rates on high-use spend categories
  • Enhanced insurances, including new Mobile Device Insurance and Hotel/ Motel Burglary Insurance

TD Rewards Visa

  • No Annual Fee
  • New and increased accelerated earn rates on high-use spend categories
  • Enhanced insurance, including new Mobile Device Insurance

As a part of the changes, TD has launched new card designs across its proprietary consumer and business card offerings. The new eco-friendly card design is made up of 90 per cent recycled plastic. This will translate into savings of 18.5 tons of single-use plastic per year.

TD is the sixth largest bank in North America by assets and serves more than 27 million customers in three key businesses.
