Li-FT Power Limited (LIFT) has filed an NI 43-101 Technical Report on its Yellowknife Lithium Project.

The project is comprised of mineral leases that cover the majority of the lithium pegmatites that make up the Yellowknife Pegmatite Province, which has been noted to be one of the largest lithium resources in the Western world.

The company acquired the project, owned by 1361516 B.C. Ltd., late last year. The acquisition involved an amalgamation agreement between Li-FT Power, 1361516 B.C. and 1386798 B.C. Ltd. (Subco)., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Li-FT Power.

The Technical Report was prepared for the Yellowknife Lithium Project by Dr. Thomas Hawkins, P.Geo, Ph.D., an independent consultant and qualified person.

Li-FT is a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties, specifically lithium pegmatite projects located in Canada.

The company’s flagship project is the Yellowknife Lithium Project, located in Northwest Territories. Li-FT also holds three early-stage exploration properties in Quebec, looking for buried lithium pegmatites, as well as the Cali Project in Northwest Territories within the Little Nahanni Pegmatite Field.

The company also controls 2,282 sq. km. of ground at its Rupert, Pontax, and Moyenne Projects, which are prospective for hard rock lithium deposits.

Li-FT Power Ltd. was down 0.40 per cent, trading at $10.00 as of noon ET.
