E-Power Resources (EPR) is now trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

The Montreal-based company’s common shares started trading on the CSE on Friday, Jan. 13.

The graphite resource company had been held privately until now.

The exploration stage company is focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of graphite properties in Quebec.

Its flagship asset, the Tetepisca Graphite Property, is located in the Tetepisca Graphite District of the North Shore Region of Quebec, approximately 215 kilometres from the Port of Baie-Comeau.

The property covers 230 claims over a total area of 12,620 hectares, while the project’s target on the property is flake graphite.

It also has an interest in the Turgeon Property, made up of 331 claims covering 18,366 hectares in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. It has previously intersected graphite consisting of 9.65% carbon as graphite over a length of 42 metres.

The company is actively seeking a sale of the Turgeon property, and all proceeds realized will be used to fund exploration and resource development at the Tetepisca property.

E-Power Resources is unchanged on the day, trading at $0.225 at 2:10 p.m. EST.
